Cheriton View is a delightful, first floor apartment, set in a Victorian house, just a short stroll from the seafront in Tenby and the beautiful South Beach. Your own entrance and stairs lead up to this well appointed apartment, beautifully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style, it reflects a seaside theme and the blue tones of the nearby sea. The open plan living space is light and airy with laminate floors, a modern fitted kitchen area and a sunny bay window offers views over the bowling green and glimpses to the sea and Caldey Island down the street, a perfect spot to relax. The bright cosy bedrooms make a welcome retreat.

Conveniently located on a residential street and with off road parking for one car, you will appreciate how close you are to the town centre with glimpses of its historic town walls from the lounge window. A few minutes takes you to all the excellent facilities that Tenby offers with its picturesque and colourful harbour, a boat trip to Caldey Island and the community of Cistercian Monks should not be missed, soak up its unique tranquil atmosphere. The long golden sands of South Beach is also only a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. Spend your days on the beach or try your hand at the water sports on offer. Explore the other 3 beaches of Tenby or join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and walk this beautiful coastline, to the east lies the popular villages of Saundersfoot, Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth with their beachside pubs and restaurants where you can refresh or to the west lies the pretty beaches of Lydstep and Manorbier. A wealth of family attractions and activities are all within a few minutes drive including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities, as well as golf at Trefloyne Country Club.

The property is approached via an A-road. The parking area next to the property has space for 1 car; a second car can be parked on the roadside across the entrance to the driveway. From the parking area there is a very short, level walk to the front door. Inside the front door is a small hall space. The hall has 13 steps up to a half landing which gives access to the double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and washer/drier. There are a further 4 steps up to the living and kitchen area, twin bedroom and bathroom. Both sets of steps have a handrail and all doors are standard width. The kitchen has ample worktops, a worktop level microwave and low level oven. The sitting room and bedrooms are well lit (natural and artificial lighting). TV and DVD player with remote control. Public transport (local bus service and train station) are both within a 10 minute walk.
